Atria on Market - This building IS PAYING ME A REFERRAL FEE. Please do not simply walk into their sales office, as at that point I can not earn a referral fee.

This is an apartment conversion in the Marina District. They are giving current tenants priority, then opening sales to the public. From what I've heard pricing for a one bedroom are in the low $400s, so prices seem to be very good, for being in the middle of the Marina District.

Bosa's KUSI Building - No Website That I Know Of

No other information yet, not even a name. Formally Palm Plaza KUSI. I don't know what Bosa plans to do with this one. It was planned to be a 123 room hotel, with KUSI television, and 42 luxury condominiums on top. Great location, between The Harbor Club and Horizons. As I learn of new information, I'll post it here.

No information on pricing, or when reservations will take place, not even on their website. But Gayle Stech of ANI Homes is handling sales, so you may want to call ANI at 619-235-5606, ext. 203. If you learn anything interesting, let me know and I'll post the information. Broadway Lofts was an office building, now converted to lofts.

Located at J Street, 7th, 8th and Island, and is supposedly under construction (not confirmed by me). A building by Simplon Corporation of La Jolla, CA, this project used to be called 8th Avenue Condos, and may have generated interest leads from that old website (no longer online). Overlooking Petco Park, there are 277 luxury units planned. Thank you to Brad Willis for bringing this link to my attention.

Diegan will be a five-star condominium hotel, plus 24 penthouses, above the new House Of Blues. Supposedly starting in the $400s. Call 619.702.6666, and go to their website.


Echelon - No Website That I Know Of

No real information on this one yet, other than it's location of Island/Park (Ballpark/East Village border) and proposed number of units, 170. This is being built by Barratt American builder of Metrome. If you go to their corporate website, www.barratthomes.com, you may find some contact information, though there is nothing on the site about Echelon as of this writing.

WATERFRONT is a mixed-use project located at 2034-2084 Kettner Boulevard and 941-955 West Hawthorne Street in the central part of downtown’s colorful Little Italy. A majority of the lofts enjoy spectacular water views of San Diego Bay or of the downtown skyline. Some units feature 18-foot ceilings, large outdoor decks and on-grade gardens. From this location you'll get some more of the train noise, perhaps traffic noise from cars coming/going to the airport, and late night patron noise from the Waterfront Bar.

LUSSO at 1601 Kettner Boulevard is located in the heart of Little Italy and has the feel of an urban village. It's six buildings surround a parking courtyard and contain a mix of walkup and row homes. Nearly all the units feature large outdoor decks, on-grade gardens or roof decks. The sales office will also be at this location.

TITAN is located in the northern end of Little Italy at 1944 State Street. All 22 of the residential lofts feature dramatic two-story volumes that project a feel of spacious urban living.

ANGOVE is located in East Village at 981 Island Avenue, just one block from PETCO Park. A majority of the residential lofts capture views of San Diego Bay, the ballpark or the downtown skyline. Upper-level units offer roof decks with outdoor fireplaces.

MOTO VILLAS is located on the block bounded by Ninth Avenue, G Street and Tenth Avenue, three blocks from the San Diego Padres’ PETCO Park. Soaring two-story ceilings create a sophisticated urban atmosphere. Some units have on-grade patios, while the upper-level units have roof decks with outdoor fireplaces.

Starting in the low $500,000's, located on the edge of Little Italy. These are contemporary urban loft workplaces. Nine stories of class "A" space. 27 units, sizes vary from 1188 sq.ft. to 2752 sq.ft. Entire floors are available, at 8000 sq.ft. Some with bay views, many with city views. Floor to ceiling windows, 12 foot ceilings. Parking included.
